In Person Sessions

In-person sessions take place at Preston House, a beautifully restored 200-year-old Georgian home in the heart of Abbeyleix, Laois. The space is quiet, comfortable, and designed to help you feel at ease during our work together.

Virtual Sessions

Virtual sessions are available via video call or phone. Each session is tailored to suit your needs and schedule, so you can work with me from wherever feels most comfortable.
