- 01No. Six sessions are recommended as a starting point because meaningful change usually takes time, but there’s no obligation. You remain in control of how you work and the pace you choose.
- 02Yes. Some people begin with a single session to see how it feels. While one session can be helpful, ongoing work often allows for deeper reflection and more lasting change.
- 03Sessions are usually 60 minutes. If it feels useful to continue, we can extend the session in 30-minute increments. Any additional time is always discussed and agreed upon during the session.
- 04Both are available. Sessions can take place in person at Preston House in Abbeyleix, Laois, online via video call, or by phone. You can also choose a combination, depending on what suits you best.
- 05Sessions are shaped around you. My role is to listen carefully, reflect with you, and support you in gaining clarity about what matters most and how you’d like to move forward.
- 06You’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation or ask any questions. From there, we can decide together what feels like the right next step.
- 07Yes. Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and we’ll agree on an alternative time that works for you.
- 08Yes. Sessions are confidential, and your privacy is respected. Creating a safe and trusting space is an important part of how I work. Any exceptions would be explained clearly and discussed with you.
